A former professional athlete for the Egyptian National team with over a decade of experience, excelling as a multiple National, Arab, and African High jump and 400m Hurdles Champion. Drawing from his extensive athletic background, Ahmed transitioned into the fitness industry, obtaining top-notch certifications.

Leveraging his personal journey and scientific knowledge, Ahmed is dedicated to helping individuals surpass their fitness limitations.

He passionately shares his expertise to guide clients toward greater health and physical achievement. His experience and dedication have taken him around the world starting from Egypt and followed by the Maldives and Bahrain.
